Network Planner

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Design and Planning:

2. Project Coordination:
   • Oversee network implementation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
   • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for equipment and service procurement.
   • Provide technical guidance during system upgrades or expansions.
3. Optimization and Maintenance:
   • Monitor network systems to identify bottlenecks or potential disruptions.
   • Implement optimization strategies to improve performance and reliability.
   • Maintain documentation for all network configurations and changes.
4. Risk Management and Compliance:
   • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network design, planning, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS).
• Familiarity with network management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based networking solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
