Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:
GLASS DOOR DESIGN TECH LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic IT consultancy team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, bridging development and operations to optimize software delivery and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with software development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system performance.
Automate configuration management, monitoring, and alerting processes.
Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of production environments.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide proactive solutions.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in IT consultancy.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of network, security, and monitoring best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Exposure to agile methodologies and IT consultancy environments.
