is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst and Consultant to join our growing team. The role will focus on understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into clear, actionable solutions that support our IT consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business objectives are effectively aligned with technology solutions. In addition, you will provide strategic consulting support to clients by assessing business challenges, recommending effective solutions, and guiding implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with software developers, designers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvements
Prepare detailed reports, process maps, and documentation
Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Advise clients on business strategies, operational improvements, and technology solutions
Ensure solutions align with business goals and industry best practices
Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend further enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role within an IT or consultancy environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Visio

Jira

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance methodologies
Experience with data analysis tools or SQL
Understanding of User Experience Design and User Interface Design principles
Exposure to IT consultancy projects
